Jon and his wife, Lori, have made the Okanagan their home for over 20 years. They have two girls who keep them busy. Jon is a competitive softball and volleyball player and loves coaching his daughters' soccer teams.

Parker has spent over 20 years in the insurance and banking industry. Parker developed his expertise in pensions and benefits over his long career working for industry leaders like RBC, CIBC Mellon and Sunlife.
Parker specializes in developing comprehensive group benefits and group retirement strategies for businesses. Originally from Saskatchewan, Parker spent most of his career in Vancouver, until moving with his family to Kelowna 9 years ago.
Parker enjoys being out on the lake or up at the ski hill with his two children. He is an active golfer and hockey player and loves coaching his son’s hockey team.
